For orders within Nairobi, Nancy Eleanor offers same-day delivery. Orders outside Nairobi take up to 2 business days.

Nancy Eleanor accepts returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. For items already delivered, you’ll need to return them (within the 7-day policy) and place a new order.
